1. Who we are

azzeTech is operated by Azzeddine BOURAS, an individual based in Meknes, Morocco. For any privacy question, contact support@azzetech.com.

2. What we collect

  • Account data you give us: name, email, and details you submit when you register, request a quote, or contact us.
  • Payment data: we do not store your card or financial details. Payments are handled by our payment providers (see §5), who process them on their own systems.
  • Usage analytics: when you visit the site we record anonymous data — pages viewed, approximate country (derived from your IP address, which is not stored with your visit), referring site, and time of visit. We use a one-way hashed identifier so we can count visitors without identifying you personally.
  • Service data (GBP Analyzer): if you use our Google Business Profile analytics tool, we process the public business information you ask us to analyze, via the Google Places API.

3. Why we use it

To provide and improve our services, process orders, respond to you, measure site traffic, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Our lawful bases include performing our contract with you, your consent (where required), and our legitimate interest in running the site.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use our own first-party analytics to understand site traffic. We do not sell your data or use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Who we share data with

Only service providers needed to operate:

  • Payment providers — Paddle (our merchant of record for subscriptions), PayPal, Payoneer, and, if you choose crypto, our crypto payment processor. Each has its own privacy policy.
  • Google — the Places API, for the GBP Analyzer feature.
  • Our hosting provider — to serve the website.

We share data only as needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.

6. International transfers

We operate from Morocco and serve clients worldwide; your data may be processed outside your country. We take reasonable steps to protect it in transit and at rest.

7. Retention

We keep account and order data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal/accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email support@azzetech.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data. No method is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
