One-off project

A website that gets
the phone to ring.

Most small business sites are slow, unclear, and built to look impressive to the owner rather than to convert a stranger with a problem. Yours will load in under two seconds, say what you do in the first line, and make calling you the obvious next action.

The usual problems

Why most small business sites don't work

They're slow

An eight-second load on mobile loses most visitors before they see anything. Usually one uncompressed hero image and a decade of unused plugins.

They bury the phone number

Someone with a burst pipe wants one thing. If calling takes more than one tap, you've lost the job to whoever made it easier.

They're built desktop-first

Nearly all local service searches happen on a phone. A site designed on a 27-inch monitor and shrunk down is a different, worse product.

They ignore local search

No service-area pages, no schema markup, no connection to the Google profile. The site and the listing should reinforce each other.

Built in

Every site includes this

Not upsells. This is the baseline, because a site without them doesn't work.

Under 2s on mobile

Compressed images, WebP, lazy loading, minimal scripts. Speed is measured, not promised.

📱

Mobile-first build

Designed on a phone screen first, then expanded. Sticky tap-to-call bar on every page.

Local SEO foundation

Schema markup, proper title tags, service-area structure, and wired to your Google profile.

Working enquiry form

Goes to your inbox and your WhatsApp. Tested before launch, because most contact forms silently fail.

🔒

SSL and hosting setup

Configured properly on your hosting, HTTPS enforced, backups explained. No monthly lock-in to me.

AR

Arabic or English

Either, or both with correct RTL layout. Not machine-translated — actually written.

Site + SEO together

A new site is worth far more with the Google profile fixed at the same time — the two reinforce each other, and it's the same research either way. Take any website package with a Local SEO retainer and the first two months of the retainer are free.

Process

How a build runs

01

Call and scope

Twenty minutes. What you do, who calls you, what the site has to achieve. I write it down and price it. Nothing starts until you agree the number.

02

Structure and copy

I map the pages and write the words before designing anything. Most bad sites are bad because this step was skipped.

03

Design and build

You see it on a real URL as it takes shape, not as flat mockups. Feedback as we go rather than one big reveal at the end.

04

Test and launch

Speed tested on a real phone on mobile data. Forms tested. Then it goes live and I stay available for 30 days.

Questions

Straight answers

How long does a site take?

Starter about a week. Business two to three weeks. E-commerce four to six. The variable is almost always how fast you get me photos and content, not the build.

Do I own it, or am I locked in?

You own everything — the code, the domain, the hosting account. It's in your name from day one. If you want to move to someone else later, nothing stops you.

What about hosting costs?

You pay your host directly, usually $3-10 a month on shared hosting. I don't resell hosting or take a margin on it.

Can you fix my existing site instead?

Often yes, and it's usually cheaper. Send me the URL and I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth fixing or worth replacing.

WordPress or custom?

Depends on whether you need to edit it yourself. WordPress if you'll be updating content regularly, hand-built if you want maximum speed and won't touch it. I'll recommend based on your answer, not on what's easier for me.

What if I don't like the design?

That's what the revision rounds are for, and why you see it on a real URL as it's built rather than at the end. If we're fundamentally misaligned after the first design pass, you can walk away and keep the deposit work.
