1. Agreement
By using azzetech.com or buying our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Who we are
azzeTech is operated by Azzeddine BOURAS, an individual based in Meknes, Morocco.
3. Services
We provide: custom website development and digital integration; SEO maintenance and social-proof services; and access to our software (the GBP Analyzer and related tools). Exact scope, deliverables, and timelines for project work are agreed in writing before work begins.
4. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Payment
- Subscriptions (SaaS) are billed through Paddle, our merchant of record, who acts as the seller of record for those transactions and issues your invoice.
- Services and project work are invoiced directly and payable via the method agreed (PayPal, Payoneer, bank, or crypto). Project work may require a deposit before it begins.
- Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. You're responsible for any local taxes not collected at checkout.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site or services: no illegal use, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform, and no infringing others' rights.
7. Intellectual property
The site, our software, and our content are owned by azzeTech. For client project work, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, unless agreed otherwise in writing. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
8. Third-party services
Some features rely on third parties (e.g. Google, payment providers). We're not responsible for their services or outages.
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee specific results (for example, particular search rankings or revenue). We don't warrant the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, azzeTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You can stop using the services and cancel subscriptions at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, and disputes are subject to the courts of Meknes, Morocco.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
